* Superworms are sold by nett weight. Sizes specified refer to the average weight per worm, per batch. Although every effort is made to ensure worms are uniform in size, slight variances (both above & below average) may be present. Sale quantities are accurate to within 3% and all orders are oversupplied by this amount to guarantee numbers.

We use UTI Sun Couriers for delivery direct to your door, or to the nearest depot should you wish to collect.

-Live arrival- is guaranteed, except in the unfortunate event of an Act Of God, or conditions over which we have no control, such as extreme heat waves or below freezing weather conditions.  We will always, however, act reasonably and exercise discretion in our replacement policy.  Claims MUST be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of your order in order for a replacement or refund to be considered.

PAYMENT

We accept cash deposits and bank transfers (proof of payment required). Cheque deposits require 7-10 working days to clear before order is dispatched. 

We dispatch the very next day following receipt of payment/proof of payment. Delivery progress can be tracked on the internet using your tracking number at http://www.sun.co.za/
